The Harbor at Peace Village is Norwood Young America's first catered living community. Catered living takes away the hassles of owning your own home to give you the freedom to spend your time doing what you enjoy most. Our community provides a diverse mix of amenities, personal services, on-site health care assistance if needed and much more, including:

Spacious Residences
  • Our 36 studio and one-bedroom residences are located on three floors and range from just over 500 square feet to more than 600 square feet. All floors are reachable by stairs or central elevator.

  • Each residence features a full kitchen, including a range, refrigerator, living room, bedroom, private bath with a shower, ample closet space, telephone hook-ups and a 24-hour response system.

  • Select your own size residence, bring your own furnishings, choose the number of meals per day you desire to eat. Your home means your choices.

  • Cable television, all utilities (except telephone), and one meal per day are included in your monthly membership fee.

Social, Leisure and Spiritual Choices
  • Our grand fireplace room is the perfect place to host a book group, hold a Rotary Club meeting, take classes, have a scrapbooking club or participate in other enriching activities that you enjoy.

  • Catch up on the latest news or e-mail or talk online with family and friends from our media room and library.

  • Seeking a style or hair cut? Our hair salon for men and women is just steps from your home.

  • Attend spiritual services of multiple denominations led at The Harbor at Peace Village by local faith leaders.

Safe, Worry Free Living
  • Don't want to shovel snow? Don't worry. We provide all maintenance, landscaping and snow removal.

  • Healthcare professionals are on duty 24 hours per day to assist you with any healthcare needs.

  • We provide a resident-controlled entry area, so only guests that you want to visit can do so.

  • If you're traveling, we provide "While You're Away Service," such as watering plants, collecting mail, etc.
