The Harbor at Peace Village offers a great lifestyle and community that includes spacious maintenance-free residences, team members who provide helpful, personalized service, a safe environment that has on-site health care and assistance as needed, enriching activities and friendships (Remember the TV show Cheers? Catered living is all about convenience and providing a variety of service options so that a person can spend the time doing what he or she enjoys doing most and less time on things he or she doesn't enjoy doing as much, such as home maintenance. It also means having access to healthcare and personal assistance if you need it. In short, catered living is about living life on your terms.

The standard membership package costs are a studio from $2080 to $2185 and one bedroom at $2730. We also have a number of ala carte services available beyond our standard membership package.

If you are not seeking health care and personal assistance services, the following is included in your monthly membership fee:

• One meal daily
• Light weekly housekeeping
• All utilities, including basic cable television, with the exception of telephone
• 24 hour on site staff
• Enriching social, spiritual and leisure programming
• General maintenance
• "While You're Away Services", e.g., watering plants, mail pick up, etc.
• Emergency call system
• Laundry services twice weekly

If you seek health care and personal assistance, we provide all services above, plus:

• Two meals daily
• RN assessment and health monitoring
• Medication management and administration
• Shower assistance weekly
• Transportation coordination

In addition we provide a wide variety of ala carte services and features for all community members at The Harbor at Peace Village.

The application process is very easy. We have a simple application form and request a move in fee of $300 to hold your reservation. The Harbor at Peace Village is managed by Ecumen. Ecumen, which is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and is based in Shoreview.
